Manufacturing
Everything we use from a simple pen to a microwave oven has to be made or manufactured. Quite often the actual making takes place on a factory production line with factory workers doing a number of different jobs to keep this production line moving. Apart from a factory you could be working in a workshop or unit making any one of a number of smaller items. In general you will either be operating a machine, assembling parts to make the finished item or packing ready to deliver what has been made to the customer.
